- Shiva is known as the destroyer
- Parvati encompasses all emotions, which include love, domination, affection
- Ganga is also a goddess who spouts from Shiva's topknot
- Ganga's divinity is restricted to the river
- Ganesha is worshipped exclusively in a temple
- Without the father or mother present, the gods become the God
- Saraswati is a Goddess who is also known as Veda-mata or mother of the Vedas
- Brahma did not make the Vedas and this is known because men cannot create things without the touch of a woman
- Bahuchara is the goddess of Hijras
- Hijras are men who live as women and thus cannot be a part of mainstream society
- They also dress as women and live with other Hijras
- Represents the minority and is served by Hijras as long as they pledge to serve her rather than marry a women
